Here's my honest and unbiased Overview, Review, and Critiques of the Raymarine Axiom Fish Finder. Everything I talk about in this video applies to the entire Axiom line with the only difference in the Axiom Pro unit which has physical controls on the right side. I am currently running the Axiom 9 with RealVision 3D and the RV-100 Transducer. For charting I have the Navionics+ chart card.

Hey boss great videos. Any idea why this axiom rv has an issue acquiring a satellite signal? Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like these MFDs and chart plotters could be a great application for the new e-ink color displays
(see e.g. the Pocketbook color for an example) -
you could read it in the brightest sunlight without reflection problems and don't need the high refresh rate (like e.g. for video display) anyways.

Lumishore is an app to control interior and underwater lights. I think Garmin has that app as well.

Your big problem in filming this segment is the bright screen in the background affecting the image quality. If you frame out the background the foreground image will improve. I hope this helps for the future. Cheers

Hello - great video. I recently bought a boat and it came with a Raymarine unit ('17 or'18 Axiom Pro 12) installed. I currently don't have real vision 3d or sidescan options on the unit. Do I have to upgrade the transducers? I bought the:

Should this do the trick?
