The main problem with older men in America is they finally get the "taste" of powerlessness. Something older women in America have experienced all their life.

Who doesn't miss the 50s? Great fashion, food, racial segregation, songs, films. All things we love.

The status quo in America isn't about being unhappy with the way things are. It's about knowing things could be better. 🇺🇸 T R U M P 🇺🇸

No, there are really bad things happening here, especially for those of us who are trying to establish ourselves in life. Jobs are hard to get because they always want more degrees and experience than most of us have. Essentially, they are looking for older people to fill those positions, which doesn't leave many good jobs for those of us who are trying to start out. Our college degrees cost us a fortune and, when we finish them, the obstacles to getting a job are the same. They are still looking for someone with 20 years of experience. The youth in this country has been devalued even though we are the ones who must necessarily take this entire world forward into the future. What we have here is a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation. The older generation just doesn't want to let us in to anything because they view us as still being the babies who they raised. I know this has always been a problem with younger generations vs. older ones, but it's gotten to the point where you have to know someone in power in order to succeed. That means that people born into poverty will probably stay there and even people born into a more prosperous family are likely not to do as well as their parents did in life. We face many very serious economic problems in this country and yet we keep electing jackasses to run for our presidency who don't have the faintest idea of what much of the population is having to face when it comes to poverty. This nation is in real trouble and both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will make things worse.
