Honestly, I think it’s like comparing an apple and an orange - even though they’re both fruit, they’re completely different. I think both the markers are really good, just for different things!

Posca markers are paint markers, but the Karin markers seem to be regular ink markers. I honestly think Posca is much better for creative activities (like a custom mug design, or the phone case like you showed.) and Karin is better for calligraphy which you already stated:)

Karin watercolor brushes are soooo OP I love those things and I can tell by the brush tips that I’d love these things. Posca is an incredible brand but so is Karin even if it’s newer to markets. I guess it all comes down to what works best for the individual and what fits their budget best. Different types of art or hand lettering etc everything calls for different tools. I love Karin art supplies though.

I think its not something to compare since they are totally different kinds of markers. Posca are paint pens, no brush tip etc and are simply paint pens. The other markers im not sure but they could be alcohol or water based but whatever it is its totally different, they are made for completely different things

I’m not sure, but like you said, it definitely depends on what project/thing your working on, so maybe both is good but still not really sure.
