CITY VLOG!! Spend The Day With Me : shopping + haul and talking about anxiety ⭐️

I thought I would take you along as I tackle my social anxiety. I occasionally do this exercise where I will go out in public by myself to try and conquer the voice in my head that is my anxiety, and this time i decided to vlog it! I’m not really confident in vlogging for YouTube especially out in public so this was a challenge for me. But I did it! We went shopping, got my mum some easter presents, stay til the end for a haul :)

Your little talk at the train station is honestly so relatable. I at the last minute decided that I was going to the 4th wall pop up shop in my city but it meant I had to go alone. I was so scared catching the bus into the city but once I got there, I realised that if something were to happen, there is SO MANY PEOPLE around that could help.
