Tata group is very complex in terms of the Structure.
Not that easy unless one is very very intelligent experienced and Organically brilliant.Mostly even Ratan Tata was not fit for the job having studied Architecture but then with good will nd support he managed to continue. IWith such complex organisation Mixedstructures the profitability count cannot be perfect. It just goes on.

They got the fantastic cars but their marketing seems an issue. Recently Tiago model was marketed well m sure the share will increase.i can't forget marketing efforts for nano but it failed totally and I believe Ratan tata had poor strategy. Nano is not required in india. They will have to shut it down.
