Nice video. I'm encountering a delay with audio. The video and audio are not in sync even though the video portion is working fine. I have an older elgato that I purchased in 2016. I'm wondering if I need to get a new one. When you were opening the packgage, on the side of it, it said it was Window 10 compatible. My package says it's Windows 8 compatible. I used to use a Windows 7 but now I'm using a Windows 10 Laptop. If you have any solutions on how to fix this, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!

I recently bought a Elgato video capture. I did everything in the right order. When I try to start Elgato video capture program it says "Connect the Elgato video capture hardware to a USB 2.0 port" I already plugged it in a usb 2.0 port and also tried different ports. Is there a solution for this?

How do I directly record onto a DVD disc? I tried to it do it twice & both times it stopped recording before the time I had set. Then I was prompted by 'files waiting to be written' on the DVD I had inserted. Don't know what to do next?

Hey brother why does my videos come out as blurry as they do with this particular ELGATO device? If you look on my channel you can see the videos are nice but at the end of the day very blurry. Any advice on this matter? Thank you so much. Great video

The product has arrived to have sound but no image. I contacted the manufacturer poor service do not recommend

I tried it and found the quality of the video not that great. It was a little blurry compared to the original.

Nothing will work unless you download and install the Elgato DRIVERS first. You did not mention this ESSENTIAL step.
