Hi Friends - I am the world’s most measured human.

At 46, my cardiovascular fitness ranks in the top 1.5% of 18 year olds; I celebrate my birthday every 19 months because we’ve dramatically slowed my speed of aging, and in 2023 I achieved the world’s best recorded sleep score, 8 months of 100% perfect sleep.

This is remarkable because previously, my health was in a pretty bad place.

In 2020, I started Project Blueprint to help you achieve similar results. I share everything I do and learn for free, so you can access the best health science available.

I swear. This health triangle (trinity force) consisting of sleep, exercise and diet, is the answer to 99% of problems. Again and again.

This man is overly criticised by people who don’t understand or never seen him speaking, I believe he genuinely cares and wants to make a great difference in improving human lives. The way he speaks is way better than most fitness influencers out there. He doesn’t talk down on anybody, speaks kindly, never says that you should do the exact same thing as he’s doing. It’s inspirational ✨

Idk why this guy gets clowned on so much. This is absolutely great advice which absolutely will make a difference in most peoples' lives. He is not prescribing his optimised way of living to anyone, just sharing how you can take pointers from it.

I think Bryan starting a YouTube channel about his and THIS project is one of the biggest human breakthroughs. It really feels shocking living in an era where someone really tries with all the knowledge we have so far as humanity to "WIN" mother nature. Unbelievable. It's our pleasure being witnesses to what you do Bryan and no matter what I am very sure your life has an incredible impact to the people you interact.

I like Bryan more and more each day as he shares his own vulnerabilities and challenges, and what he has learned in the process of being happier and healthier. I like that he knows how the make fun of himself now, as it is a process of learning to let go. It makes me smile.

Like others have said, I greatly appreciate not being preached or yelled at, but rather seeing the example, with compassion. And love your sense of humor, too! Maybe that should be Habit #4! 😄💖

This is so legit. You sound like me coaching clients for years but you are more eloquent.

It's about the basics.

Get the big rocks in place and the pebbles will fall in.

Also you did what I never have which is record everything and show the evidence. Keep teaching man.

Most elderly people have problems getting up off the floor. As a child you spend a lot of time on the floor, adults do not.
Doing yoga / stretching exercises on the floor can improve balance, mobility, flexibility and the ability to get up and down..
Just getting up and down to the floor in a controlled manner is difficult for many older adults.
Play with your children on the floor. Bend over, get down and pull weeds in your garden. Play with a pet on the floor.
The more effort you make to work on balance and flexibility will pay dividends as you age.
