Ahead of Tamil Nadu Polls, DMK's M K Stalin released vision document. DMK has promised to revive the economy, improve agriculture and farming productivity, focus on health and education, urban and rural development and, abolition of manual scavenging. Stalin also promised a Rs 1000 monthly allowance to homemakers with ration cards.
