really well done--but it's clear that kind of performance is not sustainable. wales' players were stronger and faster and did not get tired out before fulltime. all of our players play in ukraine or turkey, where the speed of play is much slower and the game is less physical. for ukraine to compete internationally, first, the domestic league needs to improve. do the players get access to the men's training facilities? especially the gym due to the physical aspect? second, we need to have players in other leagues. look at poland, where their players play in france, and sweden, and switzerland, and germany, and spain. ukraine's only players outside of turkey or ukraine play in france's 2nd division. some of our players are good enough to play in those "top" (or even secondary, like sweden and switzerland) leagues, even if not for the best teams in those leagues. how to do that? are they even willing to do that? i don't know.

but the game plan was great, the many tackles were great, keliushyk was amazing...this game made me very happy and proud and i know there's potential in this team to be even better.
