Please guide, I want to side/task menu based on access/rights. I have already implemented Usuario extension. 2ndly I need to save text in multiple languages and render it on user's preferred language. How to implement these two functionalities(role based menu creation, save messages in multiple languages in database) ?

right now i have an ecom web app using woocommerce, but as the site is growing it is becoming more difficult to manage things as for doing very minuscule task also (example - adding a meta tag) needs to have a plugin installed and till now i have been just stuffing plugins to get things done. but i feel that it is effecting the performance so much and also the management as well. i thought of building entire thing from scratch using core php. what are your thoughts onto this? you might as why not frameworks like laravel or yii because, 1. i really don't understand why our technology has become so shitty that every year new guys are coming up with new shit and they create hype. i know if i go for core php it's like hammering my own feet but i'm ready to give time to this project. my requirement is total control over the functionality and being able to hook every part of the website to dashboard to configure even the smallest detail on page to help in terms of seo, along with this ecom now my client says he wish to have affiliate program also so i would have to develop that as well.

please give me your words on this.
i'm ready to invest time still i wish things to get live soon like building basic products listing and all and putting it live and then slowly building the rest of it.
