I just watched a summary of this on Audit The Audit's channel. There is NO doubt whatsoever that this officer violated both of your civil rights, and I cannot imagine that there isn't some hungry attorney in Miami that will take this case and get damages awarded to both of you. Even if you don't get damages, you absolutely HAVE to take this to court while bringing it to the attention of your local TV channels so the police department can't ignore it.
