Musical Performance

Emilie & Ogden is not your typical duet but rather an encounter between a young singer and a harp. Her particular voice has often been described as pure and soft, resonating in perfect harmony with the instrument. On stage, her traditional folk sound is embellished by drums, bass and a soft electronic touch, drawing inspiration from other female artists such as Feist and St-Vincent.
In just over a year, with only three songs online, Emilie & Ogden has played numerous shows as well as for various festivals such as POP Montreal, MEG Montreal, NXNE and M for Montreal (2013 Official Selection) and this year’s Canadian Music Week.
She has shared the stage with great musicians such as Half Moon Run, Tigran, Les Soeurs Boulay, Folly & The Hunter, Elliot Maginot, and Jimmy Hunt. Emilie & Ogden is currently recording her first full length album. Various media have quoted her as “…one of the Montreal artists to watch!”
