Snow cone syrup can be made by adding Koolaid packets to simple syrup .use equal amounts of sugar and water heated on the stove top until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add one or even two packets of drink mix, depending on the amount you are making and how strong you want the flavor. Store it in the refrigerator in plastic or glass bottles. I like the ones used for ketchup and mustard that can be bought from the dollar store.
