When I Get Home - The Beatles - Full Instrumental Recreation (4K)
Показать описание
"I used to like guitars, I didn't want anything else on the album but guitars and jangling piano, or whatever, and it's all happening." - John Lennon
He was referencing "Ticket to Ride," but it certainly applies here, too. What an aggressive, powerful rock song! Very similar to "You Can't Do That" instrumentally, John propels this song with his growling Rickenbacker.
Recorded on Tuesday, June 2, 1964 in 11 takes, this is probably the weakest track on "A Hard Day's Night," which really just illustrates what a strong album this is. What a great, fun little song.
One more left! Bringing this album home!
