Im curious what your thoughts s are regarding my case: I have an indian passport, but I also have Canadian Permanent Residence (been on it for about 2 years) (I live in Toronto). I was looking into getting a Grenada passport (or any other passport through investment so. asto get rid of my indian passport) or something and then pursue the E-2 visa. What if family from UK wants to move to US - wife can work for her UK based employer remotely? So employed still by UK employer, work for them but from USA until she finds employment in USA? Hi, I loved your video, I am in a green card process - IR5, I went for interview in February 2023 and they put me in Administrative Processing and asked me to fill out a form DS-5535. I am thinking about applying for the E-2 visa. I live in Canada, what are the risks of doing it?

The coutries which does not have bilateral treaty with USA, are not eligible for E2, example India is not eligible for E2 visa. She need to inform this what are the coutries are not eligible for E2 visa.
