in a nutshell. Increase protein substantially. Drastically reduce sugar, potato chips, etc. Add in vegetables and fruits, fresh when possible. Rice, pasta, bread etc are fine in moderation. Butter and salad dressing ok in moderation. Stop eating your emotions. Stop eating when you are satisfied. Don't ignore hunger, it will backfire. Weight train 4-6 times a week and accept that this will all take alot of time. Don't weigh yourself but watch your belly very slowly get flatter. Obsessively tracking macros to me is counterproductive. Intuitive eating is sustainable. All that being said. Nikki's results speak for themselves.
