It’s good to mention the backing foot as it’s most important than the passing or receiving foot. When set correctly, the rest becomes easier and that’s true for any sport or activity.

@ProgressiveSoccer you first mention keeping the foot horizontally and almost on the ground throughout the pass, but then your drills against the wall look very different, with the leg swinging upwards and foot rotating. Could you explain? Thanks!
