In this video today we will see about deleting contacts from WhatsApp app. Now let me tell you that WhatsApp does not store any contact on its app but it is saved in the phone contact list. That means if you have to delete contact from WhatsApp you have to delete contact from the phone list.

But what you can do is you can remove the call log from WhatsApp or you can hide the chat from the chat list.

Open WhatsApp.
Now let me tap on the calls.
It will show me the list of the call logs. So, if I want to clear it I will tap on “Edit”.
Then I will select “Clear” and the call logs will be deleted.
Also if you want to clear the chat history or hide the chat history for a particular contact, select it.
Then swipe to the left.
If you want to delete chat then tap on “more” and then either select clear chat or delete chat.
If you just want to hide the chat then you can select “Archive”.
