Mizuno Wave SKYRISE 3: AFTER 140mi/230k REVIEW

Time to update you on my long run shoe. This year, as I'm marathon training, I wanted a shoe specifically for long distances and those longer training sessions.

It was an area where there isn't a plethora of options and I ended up settling on the Mizuno Wave Skyrise 3. I've already covered my initial run opinions and my update review after 50k/30mi, now it's time for my longer term review.

So my first experience of a Mizuno has been a good experience so far, it's a brand I will be getting more of, especially the wave series.
