I'm don't want a LOT of booktube or other places on the web but I'm really happy to have finally seen Seanan McGuire on someone's shelves. Wayward Children is one of my favorite series' at the moment and I'm excited for the most recent book - and Middlegame is an all time favorite book ever for me and my partner. She writes so well and is underappreciated!

ahh love this. i organize my shelves by genre and then sub genre! for example, in fantasy, i have high fantasy, cozy fantasy, political fantasy, etc

Okay, I *loved* The Host. I read it right when it came out, in the height of my teen Twilight phase and it really did feel... "adult." I constantly think about rereading it, but I'm afraid it won't hold up (and I think I'm probably right) and my memories of reading it are so pure and untainted I don't want to ruin them haha.

I'm also very impressed you went alphabetical. I always go off of ~vibes~ which is usually a mix of vague genre/themes, size, and visual aesthetics. I also rarely know or remember the names of authors, so the vibes method helps me find my books, where alphabetical sorting would mean having to try to google the plot of a book to find the author's name 😅
