I have yet to see a woman more beautiful than Courtney Cox in season 1 of friends

this is so upsetting, she's always been beautiful. so much pressure and unnecessary beauty standards. I'm glad she just doesn't care anymore

She sounds sad, and I don't mean that in a dumb or demeaning way. I mean watching her body language and how she's talking. She looks sad.

I'm almost 52. I so can relate. If you get work done, they say " oh, look at that work she had done".. if you don't get work it's, " wow, she really let herself go". You can't win. Especially in LA and there's where I live also. But as a society, women aren't seen as valuable as they age...which is so wrong. We become more wise and insightful..but people judge the outside. It's painful to have that leave. There's a saying.." a beautiful woman dies two deaths". It's true. I'm glad she is talking about it and being vulnerable. Takes some of the power out of it.

In her face I see grace, which is always beautiful. Bear's ability to listen and be supportive was so touching.

Imagine a whole culture of people re-watching episodes of you in your twenties and early thirties, so much so that it's jarring to see you in your current day state. People would always compare you to as you were then, 20-30 years ago, despite how gracefully you've aged; and she's aged beautifully, for that matter.

Somebody please tell her, she'll always be gorgeous!

Yeah... why are we expected to look 20 forever? We can't, no one can. It's impossible. All we can do is try to age gracefully, take good care of ourselves, live every stage of our lives to the fullest... And let nature take its course.

I absolutely loved this! And I love friends so I love her too! So glad she's leading with this example! I hope more women not just in Hollywood but around the world realise there's nothing wrong with aging and there's nothing prettier than being natural :)

We don't love Courtney because of her looks, We love her because she was a part of a wonderful show that became a legacy for generations to come.

I've met her quite a few times and she is such a nice person, always ready with a big hug. It's gotta be tough to be in a business where beauty is everything. Good for her for wanting to age naturally, she'll always be beautiful.

I think she looks absolutely beautiful. She will age very well, like a fine wine.

She looks fine for a 52 year old. Glad she's gonna stop the surgeries though

I think it's easy for regular people with regular jobs to be OK with aging. I am a regular person and seeing the eye bags get more defined is so difficult. I can't imagine what she is going through. In Hollywood, people expect perfection especially with women. . . . Don't age, don't gain weight, don't have saggy normal boobs. It's too much. Then there is social media, people making comments about how you look ALL THE TIME. So as much as people hate on her because of the plastic surgery, they should just take a chill pill and try to empathize. I love cougar town and Courtney Cox is an amazing actress.

I wish people would stop saying "ADMITTED to using botox." Admit implies wrongdoing. It's her body and she can do what she pleases. If she wants to tattoo on her eyebrows, for example, she can.

Personally, I'd probably never get botox but that's my personal choice, just like it's her choice to get it done.

Good for her for realizing that chasing something that will eventually disappear sooner or later is futile. I understand the pressure and it's not just women, men face that pressure too. I'm glad to hear she's in a happier place now, and I must say she looks great now that all the horrible fillers and botox wore off.

Sounds like she became extremely grounded recently. Love that she is embracing herself. Fuck other peoples expectations! Talented funny woman!
