What’s happening in this Junior movie clip?
Alex (Arnold Schwarzenegger from Conan the Barbarian and Terminator) is giving birth by a caesarean section. Diana (Emma Thompson from Dead Again, In the Name of the Father and Late Night) then visits Alex, who is holding their healthy baby girl in his arms.

What’s the Junior movie about?
The research of Dr. Alex Hesse (Arnold Schwarzenegger from Conan the Barbarian and Terminator), an Austrian scientist working in the United States, is nearing completion, his treatment should finally ensure women safe pregnancies. But the authorities feel that they have waited long enough, and are interrupting funding for the project before it can be tested on humans. Alex was already thinking of returning to Europe when his partner, gynecologist Larry Arbogast (Danny DeVito from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Dumbo), suggested that he check the benefits of his treatment on himself. Alex agrees to place in his abdomen a fertilized egg, stolen by Larry from the stock of Dr. Diana Reddin (Emma Thompson from Dead Again, In the Name of the Father and Late Night), and already named Junior. Now "pregnant", Alex moves in with Larry, whose ex-wife, Angela (Pamela Reed), is also expecting a child ...
