Laughing is a great way to release stress. Overseas people do it all the time. Only here in the States is it considered something negative. If people could laugh more over stupid stuff or stressful stuff there would be less fighting and the violence we keep seeing in our society today would maybe be less. I am laughing right with you. Laughter during crisis is a nervous tick. I knew someone who was so stressed when they said their wedding vows, they couldn't say them for laughing. She didn't do it on purpose. It was her way of releasing stress
