Hello Lexuma,

Just bought the battery version of this product, the screen itself is fantastic :) But I have a question regarding operation:

I want to use it with Windows 10 over USB Type-C with touch input. Can I use just the supplied cable to connect it to the monitor? I was assuming I only needed one cable because it has built-in battery, no need for additional power.

EDIT: I read that you can use HDMI + USB-A to USB-C to get the same functionality, but I wanted a single cable solution if possible

Hi.. I just got the monitor, but my iPad Pro 12.9” (2nd Gen) & RedMi Note7(USB-C) don’t seem to work with the monitor. “No signal” is displayed on the monitor. **iPad Pro 12.9” using Valore Lightning to USB-C data cable and RedMi Note7 using the USB-C to USB-C that came with the monitor. Supplied USB-C power cable is plugged in and a continuous “Green Light” & continuous “Red Light” is seen on the Indicators.

Hi. My Lexuma XScreen got dropped and the screen is broken. How do I fix it? I bought it May 2020. Really need it for work. Do you have replacement parts? It still turns on but the display just goes white and you can see the breaks.

Hi! I tried connecting it to my Mac following your instructions below and while my laptop can detect the monitor, the monitor screen won’t turn on! It’s still a black screen. I am quite sure there is battery as there is a green light when I pass the menu to turn it on. What should I do now?
