Putting an average joe who is self-management reluctant and also happens to be working from home fulltime is a shortcut to a complete disaster. Fully agree, coach. Indeed, agile/scrum is hard to master. That's why organizations need a scrum "master" 😄

Agree. Very good point by taking your self as an example. In order to be successful agile implementation, one must select the team member who are able to responding to change, responsible, open minded.... the one who can make this happen it agile coach, agree. But how management can be so sure that SELECTED COACH is the right person ! hahaha....
There should be some transparent parameters too, to ensure that the coach is right coach....
