Preparing a Holiday Turkey/Pavochon 🏵⭐️🌻🌼☀️🌟🌾🌿💫🍁🍂🍀☘️💛🧡🤎💚

Preparing our holiday Turkey is a three day process. As you know that Turkey requires lots of seasoning and needs to be marinated to have that Pavochon flavor.
Our turkey seasoning , garlic paste, and the stuffing were done ahead of time to keep up with the speeding process.
Day one: we need to take our turkey and let it thaw out at room temperature. Then, place it on a pan in the refrigerator overnight.
Day two: You are going to rinse your turkey in water and lemon for about 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure turkey is rinsed and cleaned to prevent food contamination.
Pat dry your turkey and start to make incisions so it can be seasoned well. Once you have done incisions on your turkey, start seasoning turkey from the outside and work your way inside the turkey. Then add your marinade to the turkey and into those incisions. Most importantly, you want your turkey to have great flavor.
After seasoning your turkey, add the stuffing and make an aluminum ball to keep stuffing in place along with pins to have moisture.
you are going to add 1/4 cup flour into an oven bag and place Turkey in the bag. For a tender and juicer flavor, add bacon stips over the turkey breast.
Close the oven bag and leave turkey to marinate overnight.
Day three: Depending on the weight of your turkey is one pound for every 15 minutes. My turkey was about 13 lbs. It was placed in the oven at 375F° for about five hours because it was stuffed.
The best part about the holidays is the leftovers, and the thought of not cooking for a few days sure saves us lots of time. Also, food always tastes better!
Have a happy and safe holiday season to all of you. Sending Love and Light Always 💚🤎🧡💛☘️🍀🍂🍁💫🌿🌾🌟☀️🌼🌻⭐️🏵
