Paragliding control: Breezy launch tips with Carlo

Being able to control your wing in breezy conditions on take off and launch safely is key point. Isn't it? Even slight breeze on launch can be real challenge for beginners or even for some advanced paragliders. It all depends how you approach it and control your wing.

Just got a BC system. Definately finding management of the wing a bit more difficult in stronger winds with the longer r07 risers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Even after watching the video toys I could not understand how to launch the glider in high winds can you please explain? Are you telling that I should not keep the glider directly facing the wind and the glider should be facing sideways to the wind? Please clarify. I have been struggling to launch the glider in high winds. I fly from Pune hills in India.

I normally find your videos helpful but it was difficult with the 360camera perspective to understand the wind direction relative to the hill on this video.
