Yes it does. Anytime france is been talked about you get an army of French bots swooping in to attack you. Nigeria also have a weak foreign policy towards her neighbors like border closures which reduces trades and former French colonies still want to attach themselves to France. There was supposed to be a new currency called ECO that was meant to help cancel the colonial CFA franc but Nigeria and Ghana rejected because the currency will be controlled by the EU.
