Best Burger - Smyth/Loyalist in Chicago

As part of my meal at three Michelin star Smyth they gave me a cheeseburger from their downstairs restaurant The Loyalist. It's widely considered the best burger in America. It's darn good.

People saying it’s raw is their problem… but there’s no way of saying any burger is the best in America. I’m sure it’s absolutely great… but I know of some ghetto places that might just top it! 😆

Youre suppose to eat a burger with the top side down so the juices soak into the thicker bun.

Can’t stand people that order a burger at a nice restaurant. Idgaf how good it is. If I take you to a nice restaurant I’m not trying to pay those prices for a pos over processed colon cancer causing dish. Nothing beats home made burgers using a nice ribeye or chuck.
