With all those windows they have no privacy to change/be in their own space away from eachother. Siblings usually need a lot of alone time and putting their beds next to each other to look "cute" could be really awkward for them. Also, putting their devices next to eachother could make them feel vulnerable since they both have their personal stuff on there, trust me, my sister hates it when I peek at her computer. And there's barely any ventilation.
