It's no secret the pandemic has really hurt restaurants but this Father's Day, one local eatery was crowded and somehow they are handled more customers with a smaller staff.

Paul Dudley talked to the executive chef at Ralph's on the Park about what that is like.

"We have a full house today for father's day," said Knut Mjelde, Ralph's on the Park.

At Ralph's on the Park, it is a busy day. In fact, the restaurant is seeing more business than almost ever before and they are doing it with a smaller staff, too.

Let's not blame being forced to work 60/80h a week for minimum wage and discrimination, cronyism, unfair treatment...

Pay people better, schedule more consistent hours and give paid sick days and BENIFITS. People are tired of terrible jobs

Hence it works because the people working there want to be there so everything is flowing better...rather than having alot of workers and half don't want to be at work...so its a win win for the workers and customers
