This story is a blessing and great support for other inmates that feel so hopeless. Reform is needed. God Bless and Congrats!

The "have you been convicted of" box should be narrowed. I'd NEVER hire or wanna work with a sex offender (pedophiles especially), but if someone was popped for selling weed? Not even the same category.

no smart person would ever sign this, because he would see behind it as being a process to remove you from the start

Why are we throwing people in jail for selling drugs? What a waste of society's resources.

just like going down to the military usa recuiting station they ask you, if you have any legal problems of any kind and if you say you do they will tell you come back after you take care of them regardless of what it is a traffic ticket etc, so of course no man with half a brain is going to say they have a legal matter, and the recruiter is not going to even check you out if you don't say yes of course not

Bill Clinton's former nominee, Lani Guinier, Legal Scholar Was on YouTube discussing opportunities and other issues when she Asked, "who would be most beneficial to an organization" a person with all the credentials and knowledge relative to two other candidates that didn't? she showed why hiring to individuals without the same qualifications as the most favorite person is beneficial. It's because The two individuals with less than qualified credentials Is most beneficial That a person who checks all the Right boxes on an application.
