I’m also getting married in September!! My fiance and I have been together for 7 years but have known each other since 2006. I am on the same boat as you, I’m not inviting my dad. To put bluntly, him being there serves me nothing and won’t add more happiness. So I’ve decided to not invite him, let alone tell him in engaged. Oooof i feel you so much about the father stuff. I literally only see him on holidays. He never reaches out to me unless it's my birthday or holiday. It's so weird to me. Meanwhile, my mom annoys the shit outta me with how much she wants to see me 😂 crazy difference
