New Boat prices are definitely not down to where they were before covid. prices are still high.

For the life of me I can not understand how it is called owning when your take out a mortgage of 10 to 20 years and the bank holds the title and allows you to use the boat. It really makes you the second owner of a depreciating asset.

So no, 2024 is a great year to own a boat if you pay cash, any year is a great year if you pay cash

Here in Manitoba Canada. Boat prices still going up. People still asking high dollar for used boats. Dealer carries g3 boats and alumarine. Didn’t bring in any G3’s just the open basic fishing boats Alumarine that are selling and people can afford

Boats are great and there are a lot to choose from. But boats are one of the most demanding thing you will ever own. Eventually most boat owners cannot wait to sell there current one. Of course there is always the boat owners who are looking to buy the next boat.
