Welcome to the live stream! Today we're going to be recapping an IBM PS/2 floppy drive for Mike of Mike's Mac Shack. This floppy drive goes to this luggable IBM P70. I successfully fixed mine for my PS/2 50z, so hopefully this is pretty straight forward. Can't get enough IBM stuff? Don't forget, Mike and I will be doing a LIVE stream this Saturday (October 3rd) on this channel too.

Steven, FYI, the two drives are most likely identical/compatible, but one is from a late version PS/2 Model 70 (those with the 80MB or 160MB DBA-ESDI HDDs) and has a pin-to-card-edge adapter ribbon cable assembly attached and the co-requisite angled, transparent drive sled (to clear the adapter when the FDD is installed in place of the older card-edge FDD.
