7. If you have the **Registered Mobile Number**, select the **Yes I have** option and enter your number. Otherwise, select the **No I don't have** option.
8. Click on the **Inquiry** button.
9. You will be asked to enter an OTP that will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on **Submit**.
10. If the inquiry is successful, you will see a list of all the SIM cards registered under your Iqama.
11. To cancel a SIM card, click on the **Cancel** button next to the SIM card number.
12. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Click on **Yes** to confirm.

The SIM card will be cancelled within 24 hours.

Here are the alternative ways to cancel a SIM card registered on your Iqama:

* **Call the customer service of the cellular company**.
* **Visit the customer service center of the cellular company**.
* **Submit an online complaint with the CITC**.
