She’s breathing heavy. What an athlete. I just hiked 8 miles. It’s so much harder relying on your own legs when there is no more horse to ride through the trails. Thanks for the content. It takes me back.

Yes, it's usually deliberate especially in warmer weather like now it isn't like a winter storm would have just blown it all down. Where I am it used to be done to stop the bikes coming through. With no thought for how everyone else was also getting through afterwards.

You could do with forest maintenance person On Horseback, maintaining the branches keeping them trimmed, so you and fellow riders don't have to wrestle with them 😉

No its just poor maintenance and the bug lovers piling up wood so their precious bugs have somewhere to live . Its apparently the new version of woodland maintenance .We are suffering with it in the New Forest, its blocking pony trails so the wild ponies are forced onto the road and its a total fire hazard . However, Chris Packham and his minions love it.
