I’m Mexican and did work for a family from India that offered me lunch everyday from any restaurant locally, I asked him if I could just have some of what his mother was making and it was better than anything they could have bought me. It was definitely a rollercoaster for my taste buds but Indian food is seriously an art in Indian culture recipes and spices that are 1, 000s of years.
