in 2018, I was told that I would never play football again due to breaking the one bone in my wrist that does not heal itself. I looked at the Dr. and replied “You don’t know the power of my God then, watch me” After the surgery, I spent much of my time reading the Bible and praying. Five games into the season, I was broken, hurt, and defeated watching my teammates play without me. After the game, I was driving home and this song started playing on the radio. Instantly, I feel the power of the Holy Spirit fill my body and I just start balling my eyes out in tears. The next day, I was cleared to play football in a cast. The Doctors were shocked and said they’d never seen anything like it before. First game back, I got a d1 offer to play football in college. If you don’t believe in miracles, let me testify and say that they surely do exist and God is still pouring out His spirit to those whom call on His name. May everyone who reads this walk into this day with faith that cannot be broken. We serve the same God today that Moses, Abraham, David, Jacob, and other faithful servants of the Lord served back then. He is with us. Call on His name.

Listening to this song made me realize something.
Jesus wasn't ashamed when he showed his love for us wholly. We don't deserve his love, we don't deserve nothing but punishment for sins. Without a single shed of hesitation he died on the cross bearing our shameful sins, In front of the world, in front of the angels, in front of God. HE IS PROUD OF HIS LOVE FOR US.. Yet on the flip side of the coin? we sometimes even get shy when praying on a restaurant, fast food, etc. Bunch of excuses come out when told we must preach and share the gospel of God. Do we express our love to God even when we are around our friends? or do we just completely blend in with them? Do we actually love god through our actions? or do we merely sing songs saying we love God? or do we again make excuses we think are reasonable just to justify our wrong actions? :') I think saying we are unworthy of his love is an understatement. We're supposed to rot in hell, If not for the LOVE of God for us. Glad I found this song!
