This research evaluates osteoporosis, electromagnetic field effects on bone cells, osteoblasts and clasts, genes, cellular pathways, and bone remodelling in 1G and microgravity.The first on-orbit pulsed electromagnetic field experiment is proposed on humans or astronauts in LEO. Several BIOSTIM 12 and wearable devices pulse a low magnetic field (~30-50Hz) for 8 hrs per night, for 60+ days for localised treatment on shin bones .
