#castironwednesday | CIW #15 Stuffed Mushrooms

*DISCLAIMER- I'm not a fan of mushrooms, but I try them out every once in a while.*

This is a play on the one and only, PAPA Texas recipe. This was another easy recipe.
Ingredients
- Baby portobellos
- Cream cheese
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Garlic salt
- Italian seasoning
- Italian style breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
Cooked in a 10" ditch oven for about 20-25 minutes, then broil them until GBD!

"Mushrooms are horrible! " or at least that is what I thought I heard. Never had a stuffed mushroom, only just fried with salt and pepper.
