I think that in addition to Boeing not being a stranger to the news, United isn't a stranger to the news either. Case in point, the dragging incident, the dog in overhead bin, and the June 2023 meltdown.

As someone who regularly flies from London to Amsterdam… that time spent taxiing is too long… probably spent about more than a day in total just taxing from that runway to the airport 😭
