God helps us all. This car sounds like the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. This is a sad day for AMG. they literally could’ve put a 6 cylinder engine and boosted the heck out of it and people wouldn’t be as upset. This is a step too far I’m afraid. I love our E63S 16’ and can’t imagine an AMG not having a 6 or 8 cylinder

The GLC 450d, CLE 450 and AMG CLE 53 already shows that bigger 6 cylinder engines are already possible on the C-class platform and they should align the line-ups as well :
C 450d, GLC 450d : 6 cylinder diesel 367 PS
C 450, GLC 450, CLE 450 : 6 cylinder petrol 381 PS
AMG C 53, GLC 53, CLE 53 : 6 cylinder petrol 449 PS
AMG C 63, GLC 63, CLE 63 : V8 585 PS

No AMG that ends in 63 should ever come with anything other than 8 cylinders. Just like how BMW is losing its identity with its heavy, bloated and less analog vehicles Mercedes is doing the very same. Mercedes to me has always been about the V8 or V12. In some cases the I6.

Mercedes design has been crazy lately, lot better than bmws, but they need to go back to v8s instead of hybrids 😢

Excuse me for not commenting positively, but those pops and bangs are pathetic. Seems line Benz shot themselves in the foot with all these 4 cylinder AMGs. Might as well just make almost the entire lineup electric by now.

I don't get why they put 4 in line, I am willing to pay 50% more from the ordinary price just for it to be a v8 (they can use the extra 50% money for climate research or whatever, I'm fine with that) but don't tarnish the AMG brand with this shit!!!!

Ahhh, unfortunately, these cars are not available in Turkey, neither GLC63 nor GLE63.
