Sir timing of prospectus me ye Kaha gaya hai k a company can issue shares before commencement of business ...or aage ye Kaha gaya hai k a prospectus can't be issued before the approval of commission ...to commencement of business se Pehle prospectus ka approve hona zaroori hai tabhi to share issue kiye jaenge? ....sir ye clear karde
