How to remove vinyl decals and stripes

Hello! Some decals don't always come off easily so here are some tips and tricks to help. I actually found that a product called rapid tac adhesive remover works MUCH better at removing the adhesive and doesnt require all of the scrubbing and mixing of chemicals. Read the instructions carefully with this product.

I have a 2013 Camaro that had red racing stripes that are now sun tanned into a pastel red and chipped liked crazy. I believe I may have to just pay someone for this. I used a product called pure citrus. It’s a air freshener I got at Walmart for three dollars.
Once you get the vinyl off this product works good for removing the adhesive. Let it sit and then scrape with a Bondo spreader.

If you have to call the customer to ask if him if they want The glue remover then you shouldn’t be doing the job. And next stop the best and easiest way to remove the glue is by using a little bit of lacquer thinner on a rag or use Goo off. Both of those will remove it fast easy and safe for the paint
