When you are in an xfinity store and they offer to give you a flex box. Just back up, turn around, throw up your hands and run out of the store while screaming. Then go buy a Roku.

Worst thing is ever time I call Comcast. They offer it. Last time I called Comcast about billing issues. the rep was kept telling me to get flex and how great it is. I told him no I already have Roku tv.

What I'm not clear about is how I would use the Flex with my Vizio TV and the five or six existing steaming services I already have. The Flex seems as if it's going to take over everything I already have. Seems too confusing.
