In the “no errors” two-dimensional bit parity check appearing @10:45, shouldnt the lower left bit (i.e. the one in the d4, 1 position) be zero, since there are already two 1-bit entries above it?

Sir can you please explain how two-dimensional bit parity understands which bit is flipped? For any block if a bit is flipped it will come both in row and column...then how will receiver understand which bit got flipped?
