No one ever ask how do you get out of character. This is a challenge for so many. I believe for some roles it might take therapy depending how deep into character that person went. Maybe doing a comedy or something light hearted after filming a serious drama or violent movie/tv show could really help the process. I truly believe, acting too much in one genre over time can cause a form of PTSD.
