I take issue with the fact that population on this planet is not being taken into account.  A sustainable planet is not possible with 7 or 10 billion people.  Acting as if food is the ONLY thing a human being needs to survive is reckless.  How much water, trees, fabric materials (clothing, bedding etc), transportation and other materials does each person require in their lifetime?  This is the elephant in the room.
