Antil, Rohit and Neeraj tried period pain simulator for the first time with Kamakhya India, Surat. Were they able to handle the cramps? Watch the video to find out. Comments mein batana what should we try next kyunki we really value TUG Fam ke suggestions.

Special thanks to Kamakhya India for making this possible. It is a Non-profit Organisation that promotes sustainable menstruation and busts myths and taboos around periods and menstrual health.

In Australia, a few companies have introduced menstrual leave. Great job on spreading awareness. 👏

The green shirt guy is correct. The period pain differs from person to person. I have seen women blaming other women for taking a day off for period pain and not having higher pain tolerance

I was in 10th class...my pre boards were going on. It was my hindi exam that day..my periods started while I was writing. Initially I wasn't really sure it's periods or not but when I went to the washroom and checked then I was completing blank. I don't know, may be they came earlier than my date or I didn't remembered my date. Fortunately I found a girl there senior to me, she also had her exam. I said to her that "I need a pad". Then she went to one of our teacher and told about me. She came to me asked that I'm okay or not, do I have pain? I said I'm fine. Then a didi (women helper in our school) gave a pad to me. I spent 10-15 mins in the washroom. I went to my class. That day the invigilator was a male teacher, our music sir. He asked me you took a lot of time. I didn't said anything, sat on my seat and putted my head down. I had to wrote a lot more. I was literally having tears in my eyes but didn't made them fall on my cheeks. I took a deep breath and started completing my paper. I wasn't able to complete the portion of 25 marks. After the exam was over everyone was discussing the paper but I was sitting there only trying not to cry, but I cried. Nobody noticed because I didn't had any friend. I scored 58/100. I was so shocked and from that day there was a fear in my mind that what if in the boards also I'm not able to complete the whole paper on time. I used to practice writing hindi every day. The writing skills part. And I scored the highest in hindi(board exam) 96/100. I was so so impressed by myself and all the hardwork that I did was worth it.
Never shared this story to anyone so today just thought to share here.

Happy to see that our generation men have taken a step ahead to change the taboo. I think that's what all the girls of this 21st century want, their men to understand stuff about menstrual cycle and the emotional challenges. The video is really appreciable. Good job guys!

The appreciable thing here is the fact that along with experiencing the period pain through simulation machine, The Urban Guide team also tried to understand the troubles menstruators go through. Thank you for this video, we love you all ❤️

I remember one day i was in class, and i was in my 2nd day. I felt not well but i continued teaching. I was sweating, chocked but keep smiling to my students. Every women deserve respect and love who continue their work on that time. Please anybody don't take it as a joke. Please help if anybody need it. I am astonished how our mothers make it possible! I remember when i got my periods at office suddenly...and I was not able to speak or sit properly because of the worst pain...and I told my senior colleague that I am not well today and will handle the given task later or will work from home... don't know how but he understood...maybe because my eyes was full red and my voice was crumbling whole the time...he told me to go and can take the day off if I want to..he will handle it...I really respect this kind of men who understands that this all are not excuses but we actually go through the pain which we even can't even describe in words...❤️❤️
Thank you TUG team too for choosing this wonderful topic...😇

Better experiment would have been to include a Female friend along with boys.

So that She could take first and say this is the average percentage that I feel every month.

And then that percentage of pain should have been tested on boys to see if they can bear that pain that their close friend experience every Month. It'll Make boys more emphatic towards their close friends during those days.

Much respect for girls btw 🥳

PS : Thanks for so many likes.

The 2nd day is actually very worst . Women get deadly cramps on 2nd and that cramps also effects on thighs and legs . Sometimes for many womens it's hard to even walk but still they go to office with smiling face . Ye cramps dard toh pasina bhi nikalta hai .
Moral of video :- Sabko dard hota hai . It doesn't matter male or female .
